A $25 none refundable deposit is required when making your reservation.
Balance of payment will be charged to the card on file 3 days before arrival at the Rosemont Inn.
From May 1 to October 31, weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
While check-in is available any time, we cannot guarantee your room is prepared until 4:00 pm. An estimated arrival time is always appreciated. We may contact you to request this or you may let us know by email, phone or text.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 am, weekend and weekdays. Late check-out, up to 1pm, is charged at $25 per hour.
When notice of a cancellation is provided 3 days or fewer from the arrival date, you will be charged for the room with no option for a refund from the Rosemont Inn Bed & Breakfast. The cancellation policy differs for packages and for stays of more than 3 nights.
On Priority Weekends, (Colgate or Hamilton Graduation, Parent's Weekends and Boilermaker) a 14 day notice is required or you will be responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to re-book.
Room Capacity & Rates
All room rates are based on double occupancy. For 3 or more people age 12 or above staying in same room a $20 charge/person will be added to the price of your booking. Only Wine and Roses, Chantilly and Othello can hold more than 2 people.
No smoking is allowed inside the Rosemont Inn. As a courtesy to our guests who do smoke, we allow smoking on the porch or anywhere outdoors. Please be respectful and deposit cigarette butts in the provided container.
We do accept pets for an additional $60 cleaning fee. This is a flat fee for each reservation and is not a per night charge.
