The largest, most spacious room at the Rosemont Inn and also the newest! With 13 foot ceilings and first floor location, New Dawn feels modern with touches of Victorian elegance throughout. King size bed with hybrid mattress is cozy and comfortable for your getaway to Utica, NY. Custom-tiled shower with console sink and large mirror add a luxurious touch compared to a standard Upstate NY hotel room. A pull-out couch provides an additional full-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Othello

Victorian elements combine with modern luxury to make Othello a stand-out room. Large, luxurious and comfortable, three windows and 3 diamond accented windows above the bed add to the light, airy feeling. Spacious and elegant, this room features a King bed and large TV. An excellent choice for your romantic Upstate NY getaway. Best of all, a modern bathroom with custom-tiled 2-person shower, marble floors and a deep claw-foot soaking tub make this room feel spa-like.

Chantilly

Chantilly features the best of Victorian architecture and is perfect for your romantic getaway. It’s original white marble fireplace mantel and five bay window sitting area overlooking the front yard are only found in the Chantilly room. Eight foot tall windows throughout the room with original trim give open views of the surrounding city of Utica. A king sized bed and flat screen TV provide modern comfort in an historic environment.

Lavender

…is full of windows and bright light. Like the Chantilly room, Lavender is located at the front of the house and overlooks the front yard with century old trees bordering Genesee Street. Our only room that features an in-room electric fireplace, Lavender is both a comfortable and romantic space for you to enjoy. The perfect boutique hotel room to return to after you have enjoyed some quality time in Downtown Utica.

Lagerfeld

Lagerfeld peacefully sits at the back of the house overlooking the backyard. With a small desk and soothing color scheme, Lagerfeld provides a very comfortable working space for business travelers of all trades. After completing your work in Downtown Utica or the surrounding area, our historic bed and breakfast space will welcome you back in style.

Cozy and comfortable, Sweet Inspirations offers guests affordable Victorian charm. The smallest guest room available at the Rosemont Inn has everything you need for your stay. Queen bed, candle lit fireplace and en suite private bath will make your visit to Utica most enjoyable. After a visit to the Stanley Theater, historic Utica Zoo or Erie Canal, you will return to the Inn and enjoy the soothing colors of this charming room.

Wine & Roses

Wine & Roses is popular with our guests for a number of reasons. Looking for first floor comfort? Avoid the stairs in Wine and Roses, our Queen first floor room! In addition to its ease of access, Wine and Roses is one of our best rooms to accommodate you for a longer stay. We have created a private living room space with a couch, coffee table, and TV on one side of the room. The private bathroom is newly updated with a 2-person, custom tiled shower.

Traveling with family? The couch can fold down into a twin sized bed to sleep 1 additional guest. We layer memory foam with a feather topper on top of the couch for this set up to insure our standard of comfort is met.

Solitude

Located on the back hall of the house, Solitude is our most secluded room. Quiet and peaceful with 2 large windows looking out onto graceful pine trees, you will feel worlds away from all the cares of daily life.
