Policies

  • Arrival time is between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m., but early and late check ins can usually be accommodated with advanced notice.
  • Our checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Departing guests are welcome to linger in our common rooms and on our grounds.
  • We are a Smoke Free Inn. There is a $150 cleaning surcharge for disregard of this policy.
  • While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
  • Well behaved children of all ages are warmly welcomed.

Cancellations

  • Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 3 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival.
  • If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 3 days, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. However, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
  • All cancellations will be confirmed via e-mail or postal mail.

Reservations

  • Reservations by telephone are taken between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and online anytime by clicking on the “Availability” link.
  • We will send confirmation of your reservation by e-mail or postal mail. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
  • There is a two night minimum stay from 5/1 – 10/31 and any priority weekend. If rooms are available we may make an exception to the two night minimum. During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay. If our availability calendar does not show availability for the night you are interested in, please call us.
  • Some of our rooms can accommodate a third person, for an additional $15 per night ($20 priority weekends), includes breakfast and afternoon refreshments. Rates based on per night double occupancy.
