Deposits

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. Balance of payment will be collected 72 hours before check-in date.

Minimum Stay

From May 1 to October 31, weekends may require a two-night minimum stay.

Check-in and Check-out

While check-in is available any time, we cannot guarantee your room is prepared until 4:00 pm on your arrival date. An estimated arrival time is always appreciated. We may contact you to request this or you may let us know by email, phone or text. Main business number is 315 797 9033. Cell phone for call or text is 315 790 9315.

For check in any time after 8:00pm, please text 315 790 2056. This is Bob's direct line and he handles all check ins or service requests after 8:00pm.

Check-out is no later than 11:00 am every day of the week.

Cancellations

When notice of a cancellation is provided 72 hours or fewer from the arrival date, you will be charged the total cost of the reservation. The cancellation policy differs for packages and for stays of more than 3 nights.

On Priority Weekends, (Colgate or Hamilton Graduation, Parent's Weekends and Boilermaker):

3 night minimum stay is required.

Rooms may only be reserved by calling the front desk at 315 797 9033 no more than 1 year before arrival date.

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken. In the event of a cancellation for any reason and at any time after the reservation is complete, this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Room Capacity & Rates

All room rates are based on double occupancy. For 3 or more people age 12 or above staying in same room, only available in the Wine & Roses room, Chantilly or Othello, a $20 charge per person, per night will be added to the price of your booking.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is allowed inside the Rosemont Inn. As a courtesy to our guests who do smoke, we allow smoking on the porch or anywhere outdoors. Please be respectful and deposit cigarette butts in the provided container.

Pet Policy

We accept pets for an additional flat fee of $60 per reservation.
